Alena Kovačková and Laura Samsonová defeated Hannah Klugman and Isabelle Lacy in the final, 6–4, 7–5 to win the girls' doubles tennis title at the 2023 Wimbledon Championships.

Rose Marie Nijkamp and Angella Okutoyi were the defending champions,[1] but Nijkamp chose not to participate and Okutoyi was no longer eligible to participate in junior tournaments.
