Borborud-e Gharbi District (Persian: بخش بربرود غربی) is in Aligudarz County, Lorestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Shahpurabad.[3]
History
[edit]After the 2011 National Census, Borborud-e Gharbi Rural District was separated from the Central District in the establishment of Borborud-e Gharbi District, which was divided into two rural districts, including the new Cheshmeh Par Rural District. After the 2016 census, the village of Shahpurabad was elevated to the status of a city.[3]
