Maging Sino Ka Man is a 1991 Filipino romantic comedy action film co-written and directed by Eddie Rodriguez and starring Robin Padilla and Sharon Cuneta.

Produced by Viva Films and RCP Productions and released by Viva Films on February 14, 1991 (Valentine's Day), the film became a commercial success where its box office reached ₱205 million throughout its theatrical run in Philippines. According to Boss Vic of Viva Films and The Greater Movie Theater of The Philippines. A total of 1.3 Million who watched the film that year and if adjusted into current inflation, no doubt that Maging Sino Ka Man is the Highest Grossing Movie of All Time. It Reached 1Billion or more in Today’s time. run[1] and its production led to an actual romantic relationship between the two leads.[2][3][4][5][6]

Plot[edit]

Famous singer Monique (Sharon Cuneta) escapes her home after her mother is in disbelief that her stepfather tried to assault her. She goes into hiding by altering her looks and assumes the name, Digna. She goes living in a shelter for women and works various odd jobs. With her past coming back to haunt her again, Monique's fate is altered with a chance encounter with Carding (Robin Padilla), a small, petty thief who looks after six orphaned children.

In July 2023, a TV adaptation remake was announced by GMA Network, with Barbie Forteza and David Licauco confirmed playing the leads.[7]
