Nemateleotris is a genus of dartfishes native to the Indian and Pacific oceans.

- Nemateleotris magnifica Fowler, 1938 (Fire goby)
- Nemateleotris lavandula Yi-Kai Tea & Helen K. Larson, 2023 (Lavender-blushed dartfish)
