Vietnamese footballer and manager
Phan Thanh Bình (born November 1, 1986) is a retired Vietnamese footballer who played as a striker . He was a member of the Vietnam national football team .[1] He is the youngest ever goal scorer for Vietnam, scoring against Nepal aged 16 years and 330 days.[2] He is also the youngest player to represent Vietnam, making his debut in the same game.
