Swaabhimaan (Hindi pronunciation: [sʋɑːbʱɪ.mɑːn]; transl. self-respect) is an Indian soap opera directed by Mahesh Bhatt and Debaloy Dey and was scripted by Shobha De and Vinod Ranganath.[1][2][3]
Plot
[edit]Swaabhimaan divulges the story of an attractive woman - Svetlana - who finds herself in a battle where there are no real winners. Swabhimaan: The role was small, but prominent enough to get Simone Singh noticed. The petite actress who played Gaayatri (Harsh Chhaya's love interest) did justice to her role despite the ensemble cast in this Mahesh Bhatt serial.
