Necessary?[edit]

I wonder if using a {{succession box}} would be preferable to this template? It's very large, and will get larger annually. It seems to me that categories and/or succession boxes are better suited for really long lists like this. --Muchness 18:09, 15 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
