Library IP address
[edit]User_talk:165.138.101.125 is an address at a library where anybody could have made the changes. When I went to Wikipedia just now, the system said there was 1 new message. I clicked on it and came to that message that a page had been vandalized and would someone here please stop. User:hackwrench is my login, by the way.
