Steffi Graf defeated Arantxa Sánchez Vicario in the final, 7–6(10–8), 6–1 to win the singles tennis title at the 1993 Family Circle Cup.[1][2][3]

Gabriela Sabatini was the two-time defending champion,[4] but lost in semifinals to Graf.[5]
