The 2023–24 Tennessee Lady Volunteers basketball team represented the University of Tennessee in the 2023–24 college basketball season. Led by former Lady Vol Kellie Harper,[1] in her fifth year as head coach, the team played their games at Thompson–Boling Arena as members of the Southeastern Conference.

The Lady Vols finished the season with a 20–13 overall record, 10–6 in the conference. They received a bye in the SEC tournament and advanced to the semifinals, where they lost by one point to South Carolina.[2] The Lady Vols earned an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament, advancing to the second round before losing to North Carolina State.[3]

On April 1, 2024, Tennessee announced that Harper was fired after five seasons.[4]

On April 15, 2024, senior Rickea Jackson was selected by the Los Angeles Sparks, via the Seattle Storm, as the #4 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA draft.[5]
