Men's giant slalom events at the 2002 Winter Paralympics were contested at Snowbasin.
There were 9 events covering 12 disability classes.[1] Final standings were decided by applying a disability factor to the actual times achieved.
Visually impaired

- B1-2
- B1 – visually impaired: no functional vision
- B2 – visually impaired: up to ca 3-5% functional vision
