Children of Finland Fighting in Norway, (abbreviated to C.O.F.F.I.N) are an Australian punk and rock music group formed in Sydney in 2005.[1]
Their fifth studio album Australia Stops[2] peaked at number 47 on the Australian Albums Chart and number 23 on the UK Albums Chart in September 2023.
History
[edit]Children of Finland Fighting in Norway (C.O.F.F.I.N) formed in 2005 by Sydney schoolmates.[1]
They self-released their debut studio album, Under the Influence in 2010.[3]
In June 2018, the group released their third studio album, Piss~Up.[4]
In September 2020, the group released their self-titled album via Legless Records. The album was preceded by single "Fast Love".[5]
In September 2023, the group released their fifth studio album, Australia Stops.[2] The album was preceded by singles "Cut You Off" and "Give Me a Bite"[6] Band member Ben Portnoy called the album their "most well put together". The album was released following tours in North America and Europe.[7]
