Caffrogobius is a genus of gobies native to the Atlantic and Indian Ocean coasts of southern Africa and from around the Seychelles.

- Caffrogobius nudiceps (Valenciennes, 1837) (Barehead goby)
- Caffrogobius saldanha (Barnard, 1927) (Commafin goby)
