Durefishan Saleem is a Pakistani actress who appears on Urdu television. She made her acting debut with a supporting role in Hum TV's Dil Ruba (2020).[2] Her notable works include the dramatic Kaisi Teri Khudgarzi (2022) and light-hearted romantic Ishq Murshid (2023).[3]

Early life and career[edit]

Durefishan was born in Lahore, Punjab to Saleem-ul-Hassan, who worked as a director and as a producer for PTV in the 2000s.[4] In 2019, she moved to Karachi to make her career in acting.[5]

Durefishan made her acting debut with a supporting role in the 2020 serial Dil Ruba. She then played a female protagonist in Bharaas. Durefishan then portrayed Aimen in the 2021 television series Pardes[6] and also played a CSS officer in Juda Huway Kuch Is Tarhan.[7]

In 2024, She played the lead role in Hum TV's Ishq Murshid and in Geo Entertainment's Khaie.[8][9]
