Ikechukwu Lekwachi Emetu (born 09 April 1984) is a Nigerian engineer and politician who has served as deputy governor of Abia State since 2023.[1]
Life and career
[edit]Emetu is from Ohafia.[2] He is a petrochemical engineer. According to govornor Alex Otti in a press briefing released by the News Agency of Nigeria, Emetu was picked because of his "youth, his outstanding community development service and humanitarian gestures".[1] He received his certificate of return on 29 March 2023.[3][4]
