Kocsord is a village in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county, in the Northern Great Plain region of eastern Hungary.
Geography
[edit]It covers an area of 25.47 km2 (10 sq mi) and has a population of 2878 people (2015).[1]
2016 mayoral election
[edit]On 8 May 2016, István Földi, a Jobbik member, won the Kocsord mayoral election.[2]
