A group of holidaymakers arrive and strive at the Solana resort in Benidorm. They all come from very different backgrounds and include Mateo, a staff member who loves girls, Janey the Solana hotel manager, Scottish swingers Donald and Jacqueline, the wimpy Martin and his snobbish, miserable wife Kate, Geoff Maltby and his mum, Noreen, and the Garvey family, consisting of dad Mick, mum Janice, loud-mouthed chain smoking Madge and two children, Michael and Chantelle, who is hiding a big secret.

Kelly, who works at The Solana, has just got engaged to womanising barman Mateo, leaving Donald and Jacqueline worried. But Mateo seems more interested in Kate, and the pair soon end up having a passionate encounter, but will Martin discover his wife's betrayal? Meanwhile, Chantelle's pregnancy ends up pushing her and Janice closer together, whilst Geoff and Noreen sing a duet at the karaoke bar.

The Garveys and the rest of the holidaymakers return for another week in Benidorm - with a few new members of the family. These include Madge's new boyfriend Mel (whom she has only known for a few weeks), and Chantelle's baby son Coolio. Martin and Kate escape the horrors of their last holiday by staying in Altea, but a problem with the room leads to Kate facing her worst nightmare. Later, a diving competition between Mel and Geoff turns into a tragic life-threatening incident.

Madge and Janice's mother-and-daughter relationship turns sour when she tries to persuade Madge not to marry Mel. Meanwhile, Geoff and his mum Noreen organise their own arm-wrestling competition, with Mick being beaten by Jacqueline due to her "strong wrists".

Ex-hotel worker Kelly is back, this time with her cockney mother, Sylvia. As Sylvia's mobility scooter stops working, Mel offers to fix it, but Michael and Chantelle think he is kissing her. Madge then finds out about the incident, not knowing it was a misunderstanding - and begins a poolside showdown with her.

In a last-ditch effort, Mick and Janice both try to persuade Madge not to get married. Meanwhile, Mick has upset Janice by forgetting it's their 10th wedding anniversary. Janice tries her best to give him hints, but he is still not aware of the occasion. That morning, Janice goes to a local bar for a drink with Madge, and finds out the young owner, Jack, has a crush on her. As Janice forgot her money, Jack tells Janice she can pay him with a kiss. As her mother leaves, she secretly snogs Jack - but she soon realises her mistake, as he quickly becomes obsessed with her. Later that night in Neptune's, Janice cries and opens up to Mick, finally revealing that it was their anniversary, but still keeping the secret of kissing Jack.

Things turn serious for Martin - not only has Kate taken all her luggage and disappeared, but Gavin's mum, Dorothy, uses him as a target for warding off Mateo. Meanwhile, Gavin spends some quality time with his mum, but is upset when she leaves after just one day.

The wedding continues, but what is supposed to be the most memorable day of Mel and Madge's lives doesn't go to plan. Janice's stalker, Jack, interrupts the ceremony asking Janice for "one last kiss." Kate breaks the news to Martin that she is pregnant - but is the doctor right? Just as Madge and Mel are saying their vows, Geoff’s parachute spins out of control, wiping out a German family and kicking Mel in the head. When Mel awakes, he has lost his memory. Taking Donald’s suggestions, Mick punches Mel in the head (trying to get his memory back), but that just causes him to faint again. Mel is taken away in an ambulance and Mick is taken away in a police car. As the guests head back to the Solana, Madge and Janice get a lift from a Spanish man (who turns out to be a murderer with drugs and a gun) to the police station and hospital, but instead takes them to a cliff and threatens to kill them if they don't stay in his car. They both are then taken back to the Solana, and they, Mick, Mateo, Donald, Troy and Gavin are held hostage. He takes them to the rooftop and threatens to throw them off the roof. Mel turns up in a helicopter, knocking the murderer unconscious with a bat, and kisses Madge, finally getting back his memory. To apologise, the Solana offers the guests a free 1-week holiday for the following year.

The holidaymakers are back after being offered a free holiday, due to the tragic events on the rooftop. Mel, Madge’s husband, has set up a mobility shop on the promenade, with a special grand opening ahead, and ropes Mick into helping promote it. Martin returns, but this time without Kate - as they have separated. Instead, Brandy (a young, blonde girl from Liverpool) joins him. Later at the grand opening, Martin is shocked to see a face from the past. Due to the amount of electric wires, the mobility shop goes up in flames and burns down after just one day of being open.

The holidaymakers take a trip to the waterfalls of Callosa, where Mick starts a war with the rest of his family. To stop the fuss, he disappears, worrying Janice. But, he returns with a special surprise. Geoff decides not go on the trip, because he is too busy chatting on a dating site. It turns out the girl he is dating is a transvestite.

Geoff takes the next step in his love life, while Brandy seduces Mateo, unbeknownst to Martin. Meanwhile, the Garveys take a sickly boat ride to Peacock Island. Mel tries his best to find the owner of the island, filled with more of his business ideas, but it turns out the island is just a nature reserve.

One of Madge's daughters, Valda, stays at the Solana with her young Indian husband, Vikram. A scammer called Gary enters, who Brandy is already dating. It turns out Brandy is a scammer as well, and they both hatch a plan - to burgle the Solana.

The Garveys take a trip to the Benidorm Palace, whilst Gavin has suspicions that Troy is cheating on him. Meanwhile, Martin's mum (Diana) and ex-wife (Kate) make a surprise visit to Benidorm, to bail him out.

Michael Garvey is absent from this episode but is credited despite not appearing.

Madge & Mel have their hearts set on a new business venture in Benidorm. As feelings between Geoff and Chantelle run high, Martin has one last chance to persuade Kate to re-build their relationship. Meanwhile, an old friend of Donald, Wink McAndrew, arrives at the Solana and causes trouble with his sense of humour. Later that night whilst singing "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)", Wink is electrocuted and killed during karaoke after touching the microphone with his homemade "electric handshake" joke toy still attached to his hand.

The Garveys arrive at Benidorm to spend Christmas with Madge at her luxurious villa, bringing Sammy without his family, whilst Les/Leslie has been hired by Madge to track down the special guest for the Benidorm Palace's Christmas show, Su Pollard. Meanwhile, Noreen has returned to stay at the Solana but this time with a gentleman called Clive, who claims he was an old friend of Noreen's late husband, and Donald and Jacqueline have brought all members of the Middlesbrough Swingers Association to stay with them at the Solana. Mel lies to the Garveys that he was working in Morocco, but it turns out he was in hospital in a critical condition. Whilst at the Benidorm Palace Christmas Show, the Garveys receive a heartbreaking phone call when the nurse who spoke to Mick confirms that Mel is dead.*

The Garveys are back in Benidorm to discover that Madge has mysteriously disappeared with her villa sold to Cilla Black and the Benidorm Palace also sold off. Meanwhile, Les/Lesley has got a new job as a barman at the Solana, much to Mateo's disapproval. Liam (Les's son) has a crush on new holidaymaker Natalie, who is accompanied by her close friend Sam. Kenneth, an employee at Troy & Gavin's salon, has joined Gavin, taking Troy's place whilst he is back in the UK tending to his critically ill long-lost father.

First appearance of Tony Maudsley as Kenneth Du Beke, Adam Gillen as Liam Conroy, Shelley Longworth as Sam Wood and Kathryn Drysdale as Natalie Jones.

Regular holidaymaker Noreen returns, instead with her alcoholic daughter Pauline, who has just gone through a divorce with her Saudi Arabian husband Bashir. Later, they join the Garveys on a trip to the aqua park, but Mick has a strange encounter with Pauline. Meanwhile, Madge goes for a new makeover, whilst Natalie, Sam and Liam go out to a club.

Mel's €6,000 debt has been bought by Mr Pink's mafia, which leads to a showdown between him and Madge at the go-kart racetrack. Back at the Solana, Donald is taken to hospital during Mateo's "water areobics session" after falling ill in the pool, which puts Mateo's job under threat. On the following night, to the Garveys shock, Mr Pink gives Madge €3000 after she wins the go-kart race.

A freak thunderstorm hits Benidorm, leaving most of the apartments in the Solana flooded and wrecked. Meanwhile, emotions run high for Janice when Johnny Neptune, an old flame, appears at the Solana. Gavin and Kenneth are in for a shock from Donald and Jacqueline, whilst Michael is in love.

It's "80s night" at the Solana, featuring a performance from Bananarama. Madge is tipped about a pub in Benidorm that needs buying. Meanwhile, Les/Leslie asks Mateo a big favour, which could possibly ruin his reputation. Gavin & Kenneth go on an outing to a museum, but does their little trip to the cove beach nearby go quite as planned? Back at the Solana, the bar staff are refusing to serve Pauline alcoholic drinks, and it is the conclusion of Liam's quest to woo Natalie.

Madge's deal of buying the pub she was tipped about is complete, with the possibility of the Garveys staying in Benidorm permanently. Meanwhile, Jacqueline receives some devastating news, and Natalie is in for a shock when the truth about Mateo's private life is revealed.

Chaos reigns at the Solana Hotel as Mateo and Les find it hard to keep control. Les/Leslie’s son Liam is now working as the hotel’s caretaker. Meanwhile, some Solana guests (including Gavin and Noreen) are not happy after learning their luggage has been mysteriously lost on the coach. Back at the pool bar, Spanish barman Mateo ends up teaching Liam the art of chatting up pretty women. Kenneth and Gavin comfort lately widowed Jacqueline, but get a nasty shock when they think they have seen the ghost of Donald. Joyce Temple-Savage (Sherrie Hewson), the new manager of the hotel, secretly watches everything that is going on, as she is determined she can earn the Solana a 4-star rating. Wild holidaymaker Sam is back, this time with a new Liverpudlian friend, Trudy.

Note: The reason why Mick is absent in this episode is because he has to deal with Mel's Sunbed Shops back in Manchester, which have caught on fire. Also, Joyce Temple-Savage is the new manager of the Solana Hotel, replacing Janey York.

New manager Joyce organises a dance competition for the guests, and everyone is eager to take part - to win a €100 voucher for Kenneth's salon. Rehearsals are supervised by her old flame Cyril Babcock (Matthew Kelly), an ageing playboy, whose impatience with the talentless contestants leads to a dance-off with Mateo. At the new Solana salon, Kenneth hires an assistant - but her minimal knowledge of hairdressing and English leads to an unfortunate accident with her first client. Kenneth also tries to cheer up Gavin, who is missing Troy. At the pool bar, Janice is shocked to see her stalker, Jack (Elliott Jordan), but he pretends not to remember her.

Mick is not happy that his brother Pete is due in Benidorm with their dad for a stag party. Thinking that Troy has broken up with him, Gavin agrees to go on a date with young Spanish waiter Emilio. After Kenneth discovers that Gavin has misunderstood a text from Troy, he attempts to stop him from making a huge mistake - but is he too late? Meanwhile, Trudy comes up with an idea to try to get intimate with Mateo, but things don't go according to plan.

The British Olympic Synchronised Swimming Team are in the local area to train, and Joyce has managed to persuade them to stay at the Solana. Hazel, the team's strict coach, is not impressed by the facilities, but agrees to Joyce's idea for a gala display in the hotel pool. Liam ends up escorting the girls on a tour along the coast - but was it actually a sightseeing trip? Madge is keen on Mohammed, the son of a wealthy property developer who knew Mel - but Mick and Janice are surprised when they find out that she wants to marry him. Back on the boat, Liam is unable to persuade the young swimmers to head back to the Solana. Do they mess up the gala performance?

Madge is getting ready for her wedding, but after Mick and Michael find Mohammed in a sports bar and watching him in a commercial, they think that he is not quite what he seems. Joyce believes that somebody in the hotel is giving negative stories about the Solana to the local press, and she recruits Donald and Jacqueline to spy on the staff. A trick is played on Sam by Liam and Trudy, and they convince her that she had unprotected sex with Liam while she was drunk.

Mick finally admits to his family that they are broke, with all the uninsured sunbed shops having burnt down. Joyce's eviction of Kenneth for non payment of rent backfires, when she needs him to impress the guest she believes to be the hotel assessor. Meanwhile, the British consul who convicted Donald asks for his help just as Donald's old prison enemy turns up at the Solana. Joyce makes an offer the hotel assessor cannot refuse so that the Solana can finally get its fourth star.

Mick has formed a boy band, consisting of Kenneth, Mateo, Michael and Liam. He brings them to the Britain's Got Talent auditions, in which he hopes the judges will be impressed with by their performance.

The Garveys' holiday starts to go wrong at Alicante Airport when a supposed bag of Madge's tanning pills gets mistaken for drugs - and Mick gets the blame. Meanwhile, the Dyke family arrive at the Solana to start their holiday but are shocked to find out the 4-star hotel isn't what they expected. Swingers Donald and Jacqueline stage an unusual protest, after Joyce refuses to give them a room.

Cocktail waiter Jason Gallagher (Philip Olivier) looking for work threatens to jeopardise Mateo's reputation. Michael Garvey is led astray by Tiger Dyke, and sells the Solana's all-inclusive wristbands - leading to Neptunes being completely full. Clive Dyke finds his daughter Bianca wandering through Alicante Airport in tears, whilst Mick has been released from the cells - finding out that the "drugs" were only herbal tanning pills.

It's the grand reopening of Blow 'n' Go. Liam falls in love with Bianca, and Donald & Jacqueline receive sad news about their friend Big Donna. Martin Weedon arrives at the resort for what proves to be a rowdy stag do, and Madge is determined to stir things up with the Dyke family - so Janice, Mick, Tonya, Bianca and Clive all do their best to ignore her.

Following the stag weekend, best man Martin wakes up in bed next to Bianca, but there's a shock in store when she reveals her true age and he steels himself to face the music with Clive and Tonya. Meanwhile, Kenneth has a crisis at the salon, and when Joyce sets up a volleyball court by the pool, umpire Mateo bends the rules of the game so he can win a bet against Tiger and Michael.

Donald and Jacqueline's friend Big Donna has died. Before scattering her ashes, Donald & Jacqueline are determined to give her a big send off. But with Joyce Temple-Savage on a mystery date, and Lesley in charge of the Solana, nothing goes according to plan.

Madge is absorbing some dreadful news she's received from Dr Kundu, while Kenneth decides he's going on a massive health kick. The Solana guests go head to head in a Man v. Food competition, organised by Cyril Babcock, who Joyce has now appointed as Assistant Manager.

Joyce's boss, Crystal Hennessy-Vass, arrives to inspect the 4-Star Solana. Donald and Jacqueline have a surprise guest of their own, while Mateo and Lesley are left in charge of a group of VIPs. Tiger and Michael come to blows over a girl, and their parents come to blows with each other.

The Solana staff are angry, as everyone has been given a pay cut. Tiger Dyke is angry too - his cards and cash have been stolen, so he's relying on his Dad. The Garveys are worried Madge is being stalked, while Jacqueline is holidaying without Donald: they've arranged a wife swap to mark their wedding anniversary - so she arrives with Welshman Glynn.

The Garveys meet a man called Buck A. Roo who reveals that Madge is about to inherit millions from the Collins family, making Joyce become suspicious, so she orders Lesley to investigate. Meanwhile, kenneth takes advantage of a psychic customer called Psychic Sue, and holds a séance to contact his mum - but the message he receives appears to be for Madge from Mel. Later, Lesley show the evidence to the Garveys about Buck A Roo, and this changes Madge's mind making her want to leave, so the Garveys then leave for Las Vegas.

Joyce becomes suspicious when Blow and Go appears extremely busy, and how young its customers are looking - even an unusually fresh-faced Mateo. Joyce confronts Kenneth, who is forced to offer her free botox sessions to avoid his secret being reported to head office. Still annoyed at his dad, Tiger hides the news that Auntie Terri is on her way to the Solana resort.

Liam receives a surprise visit from his mum - Les's ex, Gloria. The Oracle is hoping to impress the other guests and staff by walking barefoot across hot coals, and catches Terri's eye in the process.

Inspired by a pep-talk from Crystal, Kenneth and Liam launch a Blow and Go makeover competition. Crystal Hennessy-Vass announces that the staff budget is being cut by half - and Joyce is being replaced by Janey, her predecessor. As Geoff's Romanian fiancee Ionela arrives in Benidorm, Noreen discovers that Geoff has told her he is a successful businessman.

Jason is back but what is his connection to Janey York? Clive gets swindled out of 5,000 euros by dodgy estate agents Monty and Melanie. The Oracle and Noreen are stuck in a lift, discovering all sorts about each other.

Mateo reveals his home life is a disaster, his mother-in-law Dolores is threatening to kill him, so Lesley urges the barman to move out and start a new life. Clive, Tiger and Terri come up with a plan to retrieve Clive's 5,000 euros from dodgy property developer Monty - while Glynn's wife, Rhiannon, arrives at the Solana resort; but there's no sign of Donald.

The Dawsons check-in at the Solana, Billy is worried about telling wife Sheron that his father Eddie is moving in with them when they get home. Joyce is desperate for more staff and must choose between unqualified, but outrageously flirtatious Marcus and efficient Amber. Meanwhile, Jacqueline, Kenneth and Troy scatter Donald's ashes from the cross, and Tiger arrives with new friend Joey.

Sheron is still angry with Eddie and refuses to have him sit with the family. The Solana has no qualified first aiders, but the first aid instructor cancels, so it is left to Mateo to run the course. Meanwhile, Amber catches the eye of Tiger and Joey, and Kenneth may be in line for a big inheritance following the death of Herbert, until Kenneth gets Herbert's Teeth while the money goes to Norman the Doorman. At Neptune bar, Geoff and Pauline have a round with Joyce and Joey almost strips naked for Amber, surprising Kenneth.

Noreen, Geoff and a now teetotal Pauline are back at the Solana, and Eddie has a big revelation for Sheron and Billy. Joyce goes to a house auction and has her eye on a villa, but she faces stiff competition from a surprise bidder. Meanwhile, Tiger and Joey get into trouble with a biker gang, and Troy makes some big changes to Blow & Go, which doesn't please Kenneth.

One-episode return of Sheila Reid as Mrs Harvey.

The staff must roll out a new ID card system while Geoff stages an intervention to help Pauline who has fallen off the wagon. Billy and Sheron leave Eddie in charge of the kids for the day and Joyce has got an admirer.

Tiger and Joey take on a mountain challenge with few provisions - will they make it back in one piece? Romance is in the air at the Solana but Mateo could be in trouble when a violent stranger starts making enquiries about him at the hotel.

Benidorm is gearing up for the British fancy dress Fiesta. The boys' ingenious costumes get them in trouble with the law and Les misses Liam. Mateo scares the punters in his clown costume and Troy is harassed by an unwanted and unstable admirer...

The Pride of Benidorm Awards are at the Solana and sleazy compère, Sammy Valentino, is causing trouble. Jodi's acting career gets a boost and Blow & Go are awaiting a mystery new stylist. Crystal brings the house down with a special performance.

The Dawsons' holiday starts with a bang when Eddie has an accident and Sheron's fashion taste is put into question. An old inheritance puts a smile Kenneth's face. Meanwhile, Tiger and Joey are in a party mood as Sam, the new holiday rep and former guest at the Solana, takes them under her wing.

Kenneth inadvertently starts up a mini-cab business whilst Joyce is asked to go to a conference in the city of Barcelona, but panics when she finds out she has to deliver a speech in Spanish. Elsewhere, Sheron's mother Loretta arrives at the Solana to join the family on holiday, and it turns out she had already made quite an impression in Benidorm the night before. Joey thinks he has managed to sign Tiger and himself up for a free trip to Ibiza, but things do not go according to plan.

Joyce turns to Lesley for help when the Solana's meat supplier lets her down, while Sam offers Joey and Tiger some part-time work trying to attract custom for one of the local bars. Jodie is asked to audition for an advert back in the UK, which soon becomes a family affair for the Dawsons as they try to get it just right. Troy seems to be keeping very close tabs on Kenneth and Liam in the salon, which may have something to do with Jacqueline's arrival.

Loretta takes Jodie back to the UK for her advertisement shoot, but offers Rob her swanky Hotel Beltoro room in case he gets lucky. Billy and Sheron think some roleplay will spice things up in the romance department, but Eddie has his eye on the room too as he hopes to entice Jacqueline. Rob ends up a little worse for wear, but a chance meeting with a university mate ensures he doesn't go astray. Elsewhere, Kenneth and Liam have a falling out whilst Lesley and Mateo are intent on finding out what scam Sam is up to now.

Joyce asks Sir Henry to step in while she is at the conference in Barcelona, and Les has asked Neville - an old mate from the Geordie Bar - to cover for him while he is back in the UK. Can Sir Henry run a steady ship, or is it a chance for a few pranks? Sam has some free tickets for the dinosaur park and Liam has a day off, so it is the perfect opportunity for him to address his childhood fear of dinosaurs. Tiger and Joey are up for a free trip too, but end up getting roped in as the entertainment. The Maltbys are back at the Solana but there is something not quite right about Pauline - who has developed some strange eating habits. Noreen and the Oracle are determined to get to the bottom of it.

A ban is placed on alcohol in Benidorm due to a religious festival, but the guests are determined to ignore it, despite the staff trying their best to enforce the new rules. Meanwhile, while Joyce is away Sam sees another opportunity to make a few extra euros. Pauline's mysterious Malcolm arrives and she seems to be under his spell yet again.

Concerns for Liam's well-being leads to confusion when it is feared he has joined a self-help group as terrible exam results leave Rob questioning his future. Suspicion surrounds Malcolm's identity and Kenneth is intent on an exposé. Eddie receives the news that his best friend back home has passed away, but nobody seems to be interested.

A disaster occurs at the Solana and when Crystal gets wind of the situation, Joyce's job is at stake. It's the day of Monty and Joyce's wedding, but almost from the very beginning, their happiest day seems riddled with everything going wrong in melodramatic style involving Mr Wu's banquet, Sir Henry as the very unwelcome substitute priest, seasickness and an outrageously offensive best man speech from Mateo. As the wedding is in turmoil, Kenneth steps up to the plate and risks his life to save everyone. Elsewhere, Sheron and Billy return to the Solana to enjoy their Silver Wedding anniversary, but fear that bickering Loretta and Eddie, who have for some reason also joined them for the celebrations, will not approve of Rob and his new pal Cyd when they get there. Stanley Keen returns to Blow and Go, planning to set up a dentist's practice, but has to deal with the majority shareholder, Jacqueline. Could some blindsiding ridiculously white teeth persuade the widowed swinger? Plus, acting managaress Sam is roped into Dodgy Dave's rigged raffle scam that doesn't go according to plan at all because of Dave's many crimson coloured children!

With Eddie and Loretta awaiting their grandson's arrival, Sheron and Billy learn the terrifying truth when Rob and Cyd finally check in to the Solana. The wedding party are also back at the Solana, but Kenneth is noticeably absent from the crowd having become lost at sea. But there is happy endings all round when Kenneth emerges from the waves with a thrilling tale to tell. However, what will he think of Stanley and all his dental instruments of torture in Blow & Go? Elsewhere, dim-witted regular Joey checks in, but instead of going with Tiger, he has come with his new Irish friend Callum.

When things go very downhill for Monty as he faces the furious wrath of Joyce and his job is put on the line, there is a glimmer of hope. Meanwhile, Jacqueline's newest business venture certainly fails to impress Liam and Kenneth and there are two very suspicious men sneaking around the Solana. Elsewhere, Eddie adds to the Dawson's family troubles and Callum is seeking a professional.

As Noreen and Pauline return to the Solana, Pauline's writer's block disappears on finding her muse, as well as alcohol, and proceeds on writing an erotic novel that disgusts Noreen but intrigues Jacqueline. Monty is worried about Sammy, but how can he lose 'the fear'? and how can he get Joyce to keep him employed? Kenneth's ongoing romantic troubles with the persistent Vladimir means he needs a wife, in order to get Vladimir to go away. Will Sam oblige? Cyd's dad flies in to meet the Dawson clan, but he has a bombshell in store. Lesley's paranoia grows over Dennis and Nigel, who must go to great measures to take advantage of their free week in the Spanish sun.

Noreen senses that her more glamorous identical twin Doreen is about, while Sammy is still giddy from his comeback performance and decides to make his Neptune’s debut, but there is a twist coming as his shockingly strange past catches up with him, involving a ventriloquist's dummy and an obsessive fan. Elsewhere, Rob races against time to get his beautiful Cyd back from her father, prompted by Mateo’s terrible wisdom - however, Billy and Eddie can't help but get involved, because of a suggestion Eddie makes regarding Breaking Bad.

Note: This episode features the debut of Doreen, played by Elsie Kelly who also plays Noreen in the series. Because there is one actress portraying two characters, Jane Hollington has joined the cast as a double for Noreen and Doreen.

Elsewhere, things are not going well for Kenneth as he wakes up in Blow & Go after a big night out, only to realise that the builders have inadvertently bricked him in.

A strike in the airport by the baggage handlers causes panic at the Solana, and the Dawsons rush to catch their flight with Billy and Sheron's anniversary plans now in jeopardy as they may not make it back to the UK to celebrate. Meanwhile, Kenneth is on the warpath with Joyce after his accidental imprisonment the previous day, and Joyce worries about the rumours that Crystal Hennessy-Vass may be letting the Solana go. Elsewhere, Sam's old flame Angelo is in town, devastating Joey, and misunderstandings are finally resolved between Monty and Joyce.
