BMW automotive petrol engines: 1920s to 1940s

Hi Sambob. Many thanks for your improvements to the article, especially fixing the Soviet production info. The empty V8 row was deliberate, to (kind of) explicitly show that BMW didn't produce any V8s in this era. I'll leave it up to yourself and other editors whether this should go back in or not.
