BHF versus HST[edit]

Dear all, I do see changes between "BHF" large red dots and "HST" small red dots. Is there a rationale when to use which size? I am aware that these symbols stem from dewiki, and for railways in Germany "Bahnhof" and "Haltestelle" is well-defined. But in the UK regulations and definitions differ, hence my question. -- KlausFoehl (talk) 08:14, 8 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
