The bullets used in high-explosive incendiary/armor-piercing ammunition intended for anti-vehicle use requires special handling equipment for operator safety which makes them generally unsuitable for handloading. I have temporarily removed this item from the template until a reliable source can be provided indicating suitability for handloading. Please append the source to this comment.
