Hyundai Genesis Coupe[edit]

Needs to be updated for 2014, the Genesis Coupe is still sold in North AmericaSeqqis (talk) 08:21, 19 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Mexican models[edit]

I've just unveiled an extensive redo of the template to reflect 2014 and later models that were not offered in Mexico or have been offered in Mexico only. Can someone please research whether the Elantra GT (i.e. the hatchback) has ever been sold in Mexico under the Hyundai nameplate? I'm wondering if the model name was different, and my Google-fu is being impaired by my limited Spanish reading and writing skills. Carguychris (talk) 15:44, 18 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Color codes for countries[edit]

I'd like to invite comments on my concept of using color codes to distinguish between vehicles offered in different countries in North America. It seems commonplace for auto timelines to use a different color for models offered only in Canada or Mexico, but this timeline wound up being extra colorful due to the substantial differences between Hyundai's 2014+ U.S./Canada and Mexico lineups (the Grand i10, Creta, and Starex have not been offered in the U.S. or Canada, while the Kona, Elantra GT/i30, and Veloster are not sold in Mexico, and Hyundai also delayed the rollout of their premium cars there until the intro of the Genesis brand). I'm thinking it adds unneeded complexity to the timeline. It's useful for those who want to know about the Mexican market vs. US or Canada, but is there enough interest in that? I'm tempted to turn the timeline into US & Canada only (as a few other North American timelines are), but don't want to give the impression of regional bias without a little consensus. --Vossanova o< 17:12, 14 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
