Inclusion criteria
[edit]I have applied the inclusion criteria for the major settlements section, which have been used on other county templates. This means that all towns and cities are included (whatever their size), and all villages with a population of 10k or more.
Therefore, I have added Bickenhill, Bournville, Dorridge, Edgbaston, Erdington, Knowle, Longbridge, Pelsall, Selly Oak, Shirley, and Streetly, and I've removed Fordbridge which doesn't have a high enough population. You could perhaps argue that some of these places e.g. Edgbaston, are just suburbs of other places in the list and so shouldn't be included. Similarly, there may be suburbs that I've missed. - @Bazonka. I'll take a look at this and make amendments. First off Bickenhill removed. It's a small village and the population quoted is in with Marston Green as a parish. Of course, any edits are no reflection on your work as you applied the criteria based on the material in the articles. Shall I add reasons here as well as the edit summaries? - I'm happy with that. No need to explain everything here unless it's too complex to fit in the edit summary. Bazonka (talk) 05:04, 26 August 2023 (UTC)
