Use of this template[edit]

This template is to be placed at the top of the talk page of any stub templates that are liable to be prone to frequent edits - especially those which may fall victim to edit-wars. It is not for use on articles as a stub template. Grutness...wha? 09:36, 13 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Merge[edit]

Proposing merge from (Template talk:WPSS-talk) which serves precisely the same function, is more functional in that it has useful wikilinking in it, but is weird-looking and not formatted like a normal Talk page header template, the way this one is. I think the only consequence of this merge would be removal of the "expecially...edit-wars" language, so that it applies more generally. There's no particular reason that every stub on the system shouldn't have its talk page tagged with the merged version. — SMcCandlish [talk] [contrib] 03:13, 8 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
