Thailand Semi-pro League (Thai: ไทยแลนด์ เซมิโปรลีก), commonly known as the TS, is the fourth level of Thai football organized by Thai League Co. Ltd. It was started in 2023 by Football Association of Thailand for improving all Thai Amateur clubs to be better and preparing the amateur clubs ready to play in Football League in each region.[1] This competition is organized to find clubs that will be promoted to Thai League 3 but will not be relegated.
Clubs that participate in the competition are recruited through applications each year. Therefore, the number of clubs competing each year is not the same, depending on how many clubs will apply each year. All amateur clubs can apply to compete in this competition but must meet the club licensing standards of the Football Association of Thailand.

- ^ Because there is no competition in the Southern region of the 2023 Thailand Semi-pro League, the right to promotion and qualification goes to the winner of the 2023 Thailand Amateur League Southern region.
- ^ Due to the promotion of Chanthaburi and Pattaya Dolphins United in the 2022–23 Thai League 3 Eastern region, there must be 2 teams in the 2023 Thailand Semi-pro League Eastern region promoted to replace them.
