Hey DORK U[edit]

I have Dark X-Men on my watchlist, and I was astonished to see someone that wasn't an user backing up a crucial point. Thanks for taking the time to help the article. (: Happy editing! -- A talk/contribs 00:25, 9 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Excuse me, but why did you undo so many of my recent edits? I do get annoyed when a user who has so few edits and not even a registered account does that. Your reasons for doing so are vague, and possibly invalid as well. Aidoflight (talk) 03:23, 16 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

First, what does the fact that I haven't registered have to do with anything? Or the amount of edits, which is not "few". It is my personal preference, and has nothing to do with this. There was nothing vague about my reasons, and if you want a further explanation, see Luminium's post in the Emma Frost talk.68.49.68.231 (talk) 05:07, 16 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You might as well propose Dark X-Men for deletion, then, my friend, if it bothers you much having solicitations. I, however, did not create it, possibly meaning there are also others who may indeed mind less of such matters. However, by all means, if it disturbs you so much, then I couldn't care less what you do with Wikipedia. Thanks. Aidoflight (talk) 02:06, 30 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wait, just out of interest: do you live around Ellicott? No, it's, like, really cool, because, well, I kind of know someone who...well, never mind...srry... Aidoflight (talk) 02:10, 30 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I am sorry for my rather harsh comments to you at first though. Though you may not care much, I really did aboyut my edits. I pretty rarely get to use a computer at all, so when I do...well, just a suggestion, you should get a user account. At least then I could kind of get to know you more.

U dead now[edit]

It doesn't say you can't read. It says was that hard to read. The same quote was pointed out 6 edits before. 22:11, 3 September 2009 - "Vol. 3 is current. - [Current writer] "Gray elaborates. "This won't be a study in X-Men history but it'll definitely be part of the official X-continuity." It's 616-canon, not alternate)" The link was just truancated. 74.47.108.87 (talk) 03:58, 7 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

or U lost computer in the Recession[edit]

You were right with Squidboy. All I did know about him is he was an Xavier Student and he was in Wolverine and The X-Men. But on other note I don't think it matters if these characters are X-Men now we don't need to overstuff this template with characters that are enemies that are already here and ones that aren't X-Men centric or even minor characters. A template is not about showing every single character defianetly when it has an article about that particular subject. It needs to focus on showing the more important ones so it won't be stuffed. I really think it needs to determine on more recurring characters and ones that had media portrayal and retellings just like Template:Spider-Man determines what villains belong on their template. But to be fair that's just my opinion. Jhenderson777 (talk) 20:30, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • I understand your reasoning. The only other way to fix that I know of is use an locking page like what Template:Batman does what with it's enemies. But only administrators can do that. Jhenderson777 (talk) 15:50, 13 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

DORK[edit]

Hey, thanks for all of your helpful edits over on the List of X-Men members page; however, please read the talk page before removing official X-Men members from the list. Other than the recent addition of Vanguard (obviously wrong, since the issue hasn't even come out yet, as you pointed out), all of the members you removed are official X-Men members according to Marvel editorial and their official handbooks (and all of this has been discussed repeatedly on the talk page). The X-Men's status quo has changed and membership is much more broad now than it used to be. Feel free add your thoughts and comments on the talk page, however. Thanks! May 2010[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Madison Jeffries. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. June 2010[edit]

I believe it to be relevant. The section mentions other groups that are present on Utopia regardless if there against them. They are going through rehabiliation with Danger, which I know that are not members of the X-Men but they are still present on the island. The Dark X-Men are mentioned in this section and they have nothing to do with Utopia. Please read the talk page before removing official characters from the list, and also learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia the right way, take a look at the welcome page and if need be take advantage of some of the tools that are available before making changes like the sandbox. Have a good day. Gijimu (talk) 03:27, 5 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Stop removing content. Please discuss it on the talk page of the article. FinalRapture - 04:42, 5 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with FinalRapture. Discussions about the content need to be addressed on the talk page, instead of just removing it like you did. Gijimu (talk) 05:16, 5 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I agree as well that this change probably should have been discussed before removal, but I also agree with this user that the content should be removed (after discussion) for the reasons he stated in his edit summary. Discussion on the topic has now been started on the talk page, so I invite everyone to go here to explain your thoughts/reason: Talk:List of X-Men members#Prisoners. (And Gijimu, all you have to do to sign your posts yourself is type in four tildes [~] a row at the end of your posts. That way SineBot won't have to keep signing them for you and then you won't have to edit the bot info out each time.) DeadpoolRP (talk) 18:15, 5 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Request for feedback on the List of X-Men members talk page[edit]

If you have time, your feedback is requested on the List of X-Men members talk page in the section about Other Status, X-Corporation, etc. We have a contributor who's removing massive sections of the page, including things that have been debated and compromised on in the past, and refusing to take it to the talk page first. Your thoughts would be appreciated. DeadpoolRP (talk) 14:51, 29 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
