Provided they have a detailed rationale which meets WP:NFCC they can stay for as long as the fair-use rules don't change.

That said, a lot of the deletions that were down to date expiry should probably be deletion reviewed as all that was wrong with a sizeable number of them was some missing rationale detial/ rights holder attribution.(Noted this when doing a back- search on my own tagging).
