Hi there. Technically avalanche is a verb as well as a noun, with it's past tense indeed being avalanched. However not in the way it was being used, as avalanched would apply to the snow or other overwhelming falling objects, not to the person. Canterbury Tail talk 11:31, 14 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
