Fratres[edit]

Is the Fratres you created a redlink for short for Orate Fratres? If so, you should create a redirect (if you need help doing so, ask me). Gene Nygaard

Not at all. If you read the article Fratres that would be quite clear. Though I wouldn't mind being told how to make a redirect, since when I tried to make one before I... failed.

Request for Mediation: Ascended master[edit]

A request for mediation has been filed with the Mediation Committee that lists you as a party. The Mediation Committee requires that all parties listed in a mediation must be notified of the mediation. Please review the request at Wikipedia:Requests for mediation/Ascended master, and indicate whether you agree or refuse to mediate. If you are unfamiliar with mediation, please refer to Wikipedia:Mediation. There are only seven days for everyone to agree, so please check as soon as possible. - Richfife 18:15, 30 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Mediation[edit]

Hi, I have sent you and the other members involved in the dispute at Ascended master an email using Special:Emailuser/Quendus. Once everyone has responded mediation will begin by email. --PinchasC | £€åV€ m€ å m€§§åg€ 23:12, 11 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I did not receive a response to the email that I sent you. Please send me an email using Special:Emailuser/PinchasC with the items that would like mediated so that mediation can begin. --PinchasC | £€åV€ m€ å m€§§åg€ 13:08, 16 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

UCCF attack tag[edit]

No need to apologise; you have been doing a very good job of vandal fighting. In this case, you stopped the vandal, and Tonywalton and I got into edit conflicts trying to clean it up. Quite funny really, and I learned a fewmore WP rules in the process. --Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) (Talk) 13:10, 16 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Revert on FLV[edit]

Why have you reverted my revert on FLV? JDtalk 17:19, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Because someone was disrupting wikipedia to prove a point, and it just caused more disruption on my part. Sorry.

Hi. I'm sorry to bother you, but as a Wikiproject Grammar member, I just wondered if you would be willing to have a look through the Sheerness‎ article. It is currently a Featured Article Candidate and needs a copy-edit for grammar by someone who hasn't yet seen it. Any other ways to improve the article would also be welcome. Thank you very much, if you can. Epbr123 17:52, 8 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WP:CVU status[edit]

The Wikipedia:Counter-Vandalism Unit project is under consideration to be moved to {{inactive}} and/or {{historical}} status. Another proposal is to delete or redirect the project. You have been identified as a project member and your input as to this matter would be welcomed at WT:CVU#Inactive.3F and at the deletion debate. Thank you! re: Guestbook signing[edit]

Thanks for the compliment! Yes, my editing has been sparse lately... but I do browse a lot, and fix what I see that I can fix. I try RC patrol, but it seems like people using these newfangled bots and programs always beat me to stuff... wonder if there's any page with "recent policy changes" and stuff for me to catch up? re: Pokey[edit]

Thanks very much! At first I thought it was a strange thing to be doing, spending so much time documenting a pengui, but then I saw how _long_ Pokey had been a part of the 'Pedia. He deserves to be treated right. Fishal (talk) 14:11, 6 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You maybe interested in the Article Rescue Squadron[edit]

Hello, Quendus. Based on the templates on your talk page, I would like you to consider joining the Article Rescue Squadron. Rescue Squadron members are focused on rescuing articles for deletion, that might otherwise be lost forever. I think you will find our project matches your vision of Wikipedia. Article Rescue Members are not necessarily inclusionists, all wikipedians are warmly welcome to join.~~~~

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
