Continuation War bolding
[edit]Hi, @TylerBurden. You've reverted my bolding on Continuation War. I think you've realised that Risto Ryti and Joseph Stalin are both leaders of the belligerents. These ones I bolded and I'll refer to later. If you look at the infobox for Winter War, Ryti and Stalin were bolded, as they were leaders. Mannerheim, Voroshilov and Timoshenko were bolded due to them being head of defence. Backed by another example from the Bay of Pigs Invasion, I think you bold the leader and head of defence. I'm reverting it. Let me know if you have anything to ask. MrActiniuM (talk) (contribs) 12:09, 20 May 2025 (UTC)
Do not commit plagiarism
[edit]You removed perfectly goo author attributions from multiple citations in that sloppy revert. Regardless of the merit of reverting the other content, you are not entitled to deprive hardworking journalists of their rightful credit in citations to their work in the course of doing so. Do not do this again. I work very hard to track down cases of missing author attribution to correct it and your sloppy reverts ruin it. See Wikipedia:Reverting. My edit of just crediting authors of newspaper articles cited was completely harmless and something that should not have been undone just because a different editor made a bad edit. Please self-correct it ASAP, and do not do this again.--CitationAuditor (talk) 22:33, 20 May 2025 (UTC)
- I would say equating accidentally reverting edits you made with committing plagiarism is maybe an overreaction, your passion is clear, but that's not a reason not to WP:AGF. I thought (incorrectly) your edits were concerning the recently made edits, that being said I apologize that your work was removed, and I restored it to the article. Khamzat Chimaev
[edit]So Khamzat Chimaev was never Swedish. And your attempt to lie about it has been exposed. It’s now clear that he is Russian and more recently Arab. Whould you care to comment on your years long dishonesty? 2A00:801:4AF:EE1A:F056:B0F8:2784:9C01 (talk) 23:08, 21 May 2025 (UTC)
- I have no idea what you're talking about, haven't edited the page in years, but thanks for the chuckle. TylerBurden (talk) 19:08, 22 May 2025 (UTC)
Simo Häyhä
[edit]I think it would be more convenient for the link List of Snipers to be located in the intro, where deadliest sniper is mentioned and readers need to make the comparison. ΕυστάθιοςΧ (talk) 13:11, 1 June 2025 (UTC)
- Eh still goes into too much WP:EASTEREGG for me, it's a general list of notable snipers, with no particular fixation on "deadliness" other than a confirmed kills being listed. I think the location is fine. TylerBurden (talk) 19:13, 2 June 2025 (UTC)
