ロイ・バスカー（Roy Bhaskar、1944年5月15日 - 2014年11月19日 ）は、イギリスの哲学者。専門は、科学哲学、批判的実在論（critical realism）。
ロンドン生まれ。オックスフォード大学ベリオール・カレッジで博士号取得。エディンバラ大学、オクスフォード大学、サセックス大学などで教鞭をとる。
