Rasグアニル放出タンパク質3(RAS guanyl-releasing protein 3、RasGRP3)は、ヒトのRASGRP3遺伝子にコードされているタンパク質である[5][6][7]。
GTPアーゼのRASサブファミリーのメンバーは、シグナル伝達において不活性型であるGDP結合型と活性型のGTP結合型の間を循環するGTP/GDP-制御スイッチとして機能する。RASGRP3といったグアニンヌクレオチド交換因子 (GEF) は、GTP結合型を維持するためのGTPとの会合を促進することによってRAS活性化剤として働く。また、細胞膜受容体とRAS活性化の間の重要な役割を果たす。
相互作用
[編集]RASGRP3はPRKCDと相互作用することが明らかにされている[8]。
