Estalakh Jan (Persian: اسطلخ جان), also Romanized as Esţalakh Jān and Esţalkh Jān,[3] is a village in Rahmatabad Rural District of Rahmatabad and Blukat District, Rudbar County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 834 in 219 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 787 people in 222 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 666 people in 203 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
