Kuchkam (Persian: كوچكام), also Romanized as Kūchkām,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Howmeh Rural District of the Central District of Masal County, Gilan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 census, the village population was 520 in 142 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 584 people in 176 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 547 in 184 households.[2]
