I've just cleaned up the template, since most of the formatting is done through css classes now. I've left in background:orange and font-size:90%, because they actually do something. I can understand that we want this navbox to have it's own colour, for easy recognition, but why orange? In the standard skin this makes the [Hide/Show] link disappear when clicked. And why is the font-size tuned down? If we want a smaller font-size in navboxes, shouldn't the css class be changed, rather than having it changed through the style attribute on every navbox?
