Novels Template‑class

This template is within the scope of WikiProject Novels, an attempt to build a comprehensive and detailed guide to novels, novellas, novelettes and short stories on Wikipedia. Today I refashioned this template primarily to include a few Nix-related articles that are not book titles (The House, The Bells, Sean Williams). For that purpose it wasn't necessary to change the display title, to rename any group but Troubletwisters, or to introduce subgroup labels "related", but I went ahead with all three because they seem appropriate. The three articles should be in the navbox, same as the three Lists of characters, regardless whether there are subgroup labels or the title is "Works by Garth Nix".

• Miscellaneous => Other books --as long as all of the miscellaneous articles are book titles
• Old Kingdom series => The Old Kingdom [I should have but didn't use The Old Kingdom redirect, because the current article name should be eliminated] --the group names for all three series now match the article/redirect names, without italics or the word "series"
