Tutaki (Persian: توتكي), also Romanized as Tūtakī,^[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Tutaki Rural District^[4] of the Central District of Siahkal County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 110 in 30 households.^[5] The following census in 2011 counted 104 people in 32 households.^[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 71 people in 25 households.^[2]
