Attention:

This IP address, 76.117.247.55, is registered to highly intelligent brain cells dedicated to fighting vandals and is shared by multiple brain cells. Comments left on this page may be received by other brain cells of this IP and appear to be irrelevant. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking.

If you are an unregistered brain cell operating from this address, note that this need not necessarily be the IP address of your ganglion. In many cases, it turns out to be the IP address of your fingers that communicates between your brain cells and the Wikimedia servers. Such fingers are shared among a huge number of bodily usages compared to the number of brain cells using your particular ganglion. If you are frustrated by irrelevant comments appearing here, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself.

Welcome

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages you might like to see:

You are welcome to continue editing articles without logging in, but you may wish to create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits. If you edit without a username, your IP address (76.117.247.55) is used to identify you instead.

In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on this page. Again, welcome! Have we met before? I wondered why I hadn't seen anyone leaving ill-informed messages on your talk page the last little while! Well, I now have this page on my watchlist, though I admit I'm going to miss old 68.39.174.238. Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Morning Mood has been reverted. Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): rule: '\byoutube\.com' (link(s): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PAbwMGZtIsY) . If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. an image or a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy and therefore probably should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, or similar site, then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).

If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 11:29, 22 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There was nothing particularly "unconstructive" about that edit. I have restored both links, as some likely visitors will have a preference for one format or another (or a technical restriction which limits them to one or the other). Cheers! bd2412 T 20:58, 23 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

RE:GL/I bot

[edit]

Actually, I had a computer problem that prevented me from running the bot program for the past couple weeks. I fixed it and updates should continue normally. Sorry I didn't respond to you earlier, the problem prevented me from accessing the web at all and I did not have convenient access to another computer.--Dycedarg ж 14:01, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well, this is odd. I just checked, and there are three very old resolved sections that never got archived even before my computer went down, including that equation one you mentioned. I'll have to see what's preventing the program from recognizing them, it must be something in the formatting. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.--Dycedarg ж 14:12, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Template:Microsoft Windows family. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Blowdart | talk 21:17, 31 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Legislature diagrams

[edit]

Regarding your comment about the number of seats typically being displayed; while this is generally true, my philosophy (for lack of a better term)is that for those diagrams belonging in infoboxes like those for a current, ongoing legislature, like the current United States Congress the number of seats is displayed above the diagram in the box. For those belonging as stand alone images, I would tend to agree that the number of seats is preferred. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Aricci526 (talkcontribs) 22:59, 30 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages you might like to see:

You are welcome to continue editing without logging in, but many editors recommend that you create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits such as the ability to create articles. For a full outline and explanation of the benefits that come with creating an account, please see this page. If you edit without a username, your IP address (76.117.247.55) is used to identify you instead.

In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Politics of Tunisia has been reverted, as it appears to have removed content from the page without explanation. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. Unblocked

[edit]

This morning a couple of long time editors have asked me to review the block placed yesterday on your IP. It looks on further checking like it was a bad block. The reason you were blocked is because your edits tripped a filter intended to catch one of the people at WP:LTA. We had had several edits by one of the people on that list over the course of the evening and I thought it was another post by that person. In this case it looks like I was wrong, and I apologise for the mistake. --Diannaa (Talk) 13:56, 5 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Burgfrieden with this edit, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Setting off filter flags?

[edit]

I was just wondering, do you think the fact that you're an IP user causes you to trigger more bot filters for vandalism/bad edits than you would otherwise? Like, if you were a registered user more of your edits would stay below their threshold? --Qwerty0 (talk) 12:35, 5 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If the file's copyright status cannot be verified, it may be deleted. You may find more information on the file description page. You are welcome to add comments to its entry at the discussion if you object to the listing for any reason. Thank you.

G'Day

[edit]

It's been a long time since I've pulled a vandalism patrol shift on Wikipedia, now that I'm no longer a uni student. I was making a correction today to an article when suddenly I remembered your steadfast refusal to use an account coming back after I realised that I had forgotten to log in beforehand. So I just had to look you up and figure out if you still had the same IP address after all these years. I'm glad to see that you're still around Mr. 68.39.174.238, albeit under a different guise. Still, you're nearly up to 5 years with this IP address. That's longer than the average Doctor Who tenure! So keep on contributing and here's to another 5!

Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I greatly appreciate your efforts to make constructive edits on Wikipedia.
