Hello, Dan88888,

I've seen your request at WP:REFUND. If you ask for the article to be restored, as is, to the main space of the project, I think the answer you will receive is "No" because of the previous AFD decision. I think your best bet would be to start from scratch with an article in Draft space at Draft:Koh Masaki. The administrator who oversaw the AFD discussion has not been active for many months so it might be a while before they respond to your request.

If you are set on recovering the previous article content, you could make your case at Wikipedia:Deletion review and specify a) how the guidelines have changed, b) how there are new sources and c) that you want the restored content to be placed in User space or Draft space where you can work on the article and submit it to Articles for Creation.
