Frévin-Capelle (French pronunciation: [fʁevɛ̃ kapɛl]) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France.[3]
Geography
[edit]A farming village situated in the valley of the Scarpe river, 6 miles (9.7 km) northwest of Arras, at the junction of the D49 and the D49E roads.
